The American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) is a leading association of workplace learning and performance professionals, forming a world-class community of practice. ASTD marks it's beginning in 1944 when the organization held its first annual conference. In recent years, ASTD has widened the industry's focus to connect learning and performance to measurable results, and is a sought-after voice on critical public policy issues. The Human Equation’s online courses received e-Learning Courseware Certification (ECC) through the ASTD Certification Institute. In addition, our employees participate in the ASTD Learning System.
The Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) develops and delivers credentialing programs to validate mastery in the field of human resource management and to promote organizational effectiveness. HRCI began certifying HR professionals in 1976 and approves the online training provided through The Human Equation for PHR, SPHR, GPHR recertification credits. The Human Equation has Approved Provider Status. HRCI's accreditation criteria is based on standards recommended by the International Association of Continuing Education (IACET), including criteria regarding such areas as needs identification, content and instructional materials, learning environments, assessment of learning outcomes, and post-event evaluations.
The Florida Bar's Board of Legal Specialization and Education regulates Continuing Legal Education (CLE). The Human Equation's courses have been certified to provide CLE credits, which are mandatory for attorneys who wish to engage in the practice of law in Florida. To maintain compliance, 30 CLE credit hours must be completed every 3 years.
